if the insurance wants an estimate from a body shop first we can help you at get one written up to forward it to the Insurance. 

Yes, we offer various discounts when paying out of pocket. As for Insurance Claim 

every Claim is not same as the other, but we can help with the Deductible up to 500 depending on the Insurance Claim and Vehicle Condition,
